You may now verify current salaried State employees' employment status and salary information through an online service provided in partnership with the Virginia Department of Human Resource Management and the Virginia Information Providers Network (VIPNet). For a $75 annual subscription fee with VIPNet, you will be given access to the service and will be able to verify employment status for no additional fee. If you need a record of employment as well as salary history for the past two years, you may purchase this information for a $15.00 per record fee.
When you sign up for the online service you will be given a user id and password. You will also be allowed to select your billing preference. To learn more about this service you may go to www.vipnet.org/premium and select Department of Human Resource Management to see a demonstration of the record and to sign up as a VIPNet Premium Service Subscriber.
